Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be
financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can
be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include financial service
    providers, doctors, insurance companies, and direct marketing companies.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that
together market financial products or services to you.
  • Our joint marketing partners include financial service providers.

If you are a resident of Nevada, the following Telemarketing Notice applies to you. We may contact you by telephone to offer additional financial products and services that may be of interest to you.
